Returns Policy
If your order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel an order you have placed and it has not yet been dispatched, you must contact us at sales@candybase.co.uk We will advise if your order has been dispatched and if we can cancel it or not. If your order has not yet been dispatched or picked and packed, we will cancel and refund your order free of charge. If your order has not yet been dispatched but has been picked and packed, we will cancel and refund your order minus an administration fee of 15%.
We do not accept returns for any items, unless they have been received in error or are defective. If you are returning an item because a picking error was made on our part or because it is defective, we will arrange the collection of the item(s) via Royal Mail or Palletways. We will request that you adequately package up the items so that they can be safely transported back to us. We will also request that you package any items to be collected by Royal Mail into as few parcels as possible within the restrictions of 15kg per parcel with no dimension greater than 1m. Upon receipt, back to us, of the erroneous or defective items, we will either raise a refund or send back out replacement items - whichever has been previously agreed with you.
